Daniel AnTon Johnson is a New York-based photographer and filmmaker. With a background in fine art and writing, his approach is notable for being conceptually oriented and expansive. Drawing from many bases of knowledge, he works beginning-to-end to create compelling visual stories.
Daniel has a dry sense of humor that drives his desire to challenge the expected, toy with narratives, and render subjects in a new light.
He has lectured at the School of Visual Arts, Rutgers University Newark and Adelphi University.
